Before you write
If the tuner won't start, check two things first: the page must be loaded over https, and your browser must have microphone permission for this site. Nine reports in ten are one of those two.
If a chord shape looks wrong, tell me the chord, the root and which shape. The shapes are generated from interval formulas, so a bad one usually affects all twelve keys and is worth fixing properly.
In-person builds
Occasionally I'll build a guitar alongside someone, teaching the process as we go. If that is what you're writing about, say so in the message and include roughly where you are.
