Turning them off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the first two won't break anything, the tools will simply forget your settings between visits. Blocking the ad network's cookies means you see less relevant ads, not fewer of them.
If you're in a region where consent is required, the banner shown on your first visit records your choice. You can change it at any time by clearing the gg_consent cookie and reloading.
